Penney's New Activewear Range

Crop top, Pants and Mesh Tee from Penney's

Penneys' or Primark is really upping their game this year with their activewear. I have always liked their range but the selection that they have in 2017 so far has been the nicest one I have ever seen. For those of you that know me you will know that I have a slight obsession with +Primark (Penney's). One of the ranges that I shop every year is their activewear as it's very reasonably priced, absolutely gorgeous and fits immaculately. Sometimes when I shop in Penney's I have issues with the sizes, being a curvy girl I find it hard to get workout gear to fit my hips as my waist is a good bit smaller and most trousers gape around my back but with the Activewear from Penney's they fit like a glove. I love anything high waisted and most of the trousers from this range are long in the body which suits me perfectly. 

I purchased some of the range last week but I found a few items that I loved but they didn't have my size so I'm on the lookout for these pieces when they come back into stock. 

Floral Crop Top (As seen in the picture above) €6

This gorgeous crop top fits like a glove and is so flattering on. There isn't a lot of support in it because it's not a sports bra so you would need some sort of bra underneath. It's so pretty in person and this pic doesn't do it justice, you can buy matching leggings to go with it and they have a variety of matching tops and jackets. I think the matching leggings were €13. 

Blush Ballet Zip Crop Jacket - €13

This jacket was one of the first items that I saw from this collection and I fell in love with it straight away. I went to purchase it last week but they were out of stock in most sizes so I'll have to wait until it comes back. Its a lightweight mesh crop jacket in a beautiful Blush Nude shade with a zip down the front.  

Grey and White Splash Print Leggings - €13

These active leggings fit like a glove. They are high waisted which suit me perfectly because I am quite long in my body as apposed to having super long legs. They have a cross over panel in the front which is quite flattering if you have a slightly larger belly as this will help disguise any lumps and bumps. 

Black Mesh Workout Legging - €13

These leggings are lovely and they feel really nice on. They are quite reasonably priced but they aren't as long in the body as a few of the others so I'm still on the fence about whether or not I love them but I really do like the design and fabric. They have mesh panels on the legs which give them a really edgy, sporty look as apposed to having just plain black pants. 

Pink Sport Crop Top - €6

This crop top is adorable. Like the flower print one this has minimal support so a I would recommend a lightweight sports bra underneath it if you have a larger chest. The fabric again is really nice and its a good length that you could wear it with a pair of high waist pants for a comfortable, confident session in the gym.

Pink and Black Leggings - €13

These leggings go perfectly with the pink crop top. Like the black mesh leggings they aren't overly long in the body so they are more of a mid rise than a high waist. They are very stretchy and like the rest of the collection the quality of these pants is amazing, definitely worth €13.

Racer Back Sports Crop Top - €6

This racer back crop top (like the other 2) doesn't have fantastic support but is such a nice fit on. Its full in the front and sides so you don't feel like you are going to fall out of it and the back is really pretty. It's a nice length, like the pink one, you could wear just this and high waisted pants while still being modest at the gym. 

Seamfree Sports Leggings - €9

These sport leggings are so ridiculously comfortable and they fit so well that I'm tempted to buy them in every colour. I have them in black and grey an I fell in love with them in the blue but they didn't have my size so I'll have to wait until they come back into stock. They fit really well but they leave little to the imagination so I do wear the ones I have with slightly longer tops. Priced at €9 they are an absolute steal. 

The range also includes sweatshirts, jackets, sports bras, mesh tops, sneakers, loungewear and everything else you could possibly need for everything from Pilate's to running a triathlon. If you are looking to kickstart your fitness journey or if you are already in the thick if it +Primark has everything you will need. Who says we cant look fabulous while working our asses off x
