Morphe 35o Palette Review

Best Day Ever!!!!!

Yay.... So I finally got my hands on the Morphe 35o palette after months and months of trying and I'm super excited. Ever since +Jaclyn Hill used this palette way back when, I've been trying to get my hands on it but failing miserably every time because it sold out in minutes. This is probably one of the most highly sought after palettes on the market and I needed to buy it and find out for myself.

I was Instagram a few weeks ago and as I was scrolling down I just happened to see a make up artist had posted that it was back in stock so I went straight to the Morphe website, here's the link if you are interested,  http://www.morphebrushes.com/. I went in expecting all of them to be gone but I went through the process of checking out anyway and it said that I was successful in purchasing one (it had never let me get so far because they were always sold out) so I was super excited. It was about $22 I think and shipping to Ireland was about $21, I know the shipping was pretty much the same price as the palette but I didn't care I just had to see what the hype was about. The website said that it would take 5-10 days to process because there were high volumes of orders so I assumed that it would take about 3 weeks in total to get to me as shipping from the US can take quite some time. To my surprise I received it about a week and a half later all nice packaged up and secure and it was like Christmas had come all over again. Those of you who love make up as much as I do will understand my excitement.

For those of you that don't know, the Morphe 35o is a 35 pan neutral shade palette with matte, shimmer and foil like eyeshadows. When I opened the packaging I was a bit surprised at the palette itself, the packaging was more light weight than I had expected, it did feel a bit cheap at first but for the price it was quite neat and slim. It is black plastic with the Morphe logo on the front. When I opened the palette though it was absolutely love at first sight. The colours are to die for and the quality of the eyeshadows themselves blew me away. They are so so pigmented and amazingly smooth. They go on like silk and blend like butter. For the price of this palette (roughly about €35 with shipping to Ireland)  I have to say It's probably one of the best palettes I have ever bought.

I honestly cannot believe how perfect these colours are. This palette has every neutral shade you would need in one place and as a Make Up Artist this will make my life so much easier and my kit a lot lighter. It is quite a big palette but it's so lightweight you wont even notice it if you are carrying it around. Overall I have to say I'm very very impressed and I will most definitely be purchasing more of these palettes from the Morphe website to add to my kit. If you get the chance to buy this palette I would definitely recommend it.

I hope this helps if you are on the fence about buying this palette, Its a must if you love neutral shades and highly pigmented shadows. If you follow +Jaclyn Hill +Manny Mua +PatrickStarrr +NikkiTutorials, all of these makeup artists have coupon codes that will get you some $$$ off. They usually post on their Instagram when the Morphe 35o palette comes back into stock so if you are quick you might get one.

That's all for now
Have a lovely weekend

Love Kim xoxo
