Sleek Makeup Blush Palettes Review

Hello Gorgeous

Good morning and happy Wednesday x What a week it has been so far you guys, mental doesn't even describe it. A few days ago my friend +Erin Reece-Murphy asked me to do her make up for her birthday night out (Happy Birthday Doll xx) and I realised that I had very few blush shades in my collection. I know right, a makeup artist with only a few shades but I am a creature of habit and stick to the basics, pinks and bronzes. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and go shopping for new colours. I needed them in a hurry so I went to Boots in search for some blush palettes to add to my kit. After swatching what seemed like the entire makeup isle I came across the +Sleek MakeUP section. I have heard a couple of reviews about sleek makeup, mostly their contour palettes, and I decided to take a look at their blushes. I wanted something compact that I could take with me when I travel and I came across these blush by 3 palettes and it was love at first sight. How the heck am I only discovering these now??? They were €13.49 each and in my opinion they are worth every penny.

I decided to buy 2 of the palettes but I am definitely going back for more because I can not get over the quality for the price I paid. The first one I purchased is called Lace. It has 2 matte shades and one shimmer shade. From left to right they are Crochet, a beautiful rich orange colour, it would be stunning with +NYX Cosmetics soft matte lip cream in Morocco. Next is Guipure, (I cant pronounce this one haha) A peachy shade with a golden orange sparkle, and last but not least we have Chantilly, a deep burnt orange shade that is beautiful on when worn with +NARS Cosmetics Laguna bronzer, the shades compliment each other perfectly. All of the colours are stunning and they blend beautifully. They are super pigmented so be careful when you apply them.

The second one I bought was Pink Lemonade (my favourite). This one has 2 shimmer shades and one cream blush. I am always apprehensive about buying cream blushes. Any cream blush that I have bought in the past has been a complete disaster but this one applies like a cream and blends like a powder, I cant explain it, its like the cream transforms into a powder on the skin and it blends seamlessly. From left to right they are Icing Sugar, a shimmering baby pink shade, this one is the least pigmented out of them all but it still has enough colour to give your cheeks a beautiful blush. Macaroon, in the middle, is the cream blush. Its a stunning barbie pink shade that applies beautifully and blends like a dream. Last but not least is Pink Mint, this shade is unique and very hard to describe. Its like a pinky, peachy bronze shade. Its much prettier in person and its the type of colour that would go with quite a lot of looks.

I am on the hunt for the other palettes, I think there are 4 more but I am off to the shops today to see if I can find them. Wish me Luck x Ill keep you all posted if I find them and what I think.

Have an amazing week x

Lots of Love

Kim xoxo
